In February, 2002, I represented the Club at the 20th Anniversary Luncheon of the Probus Club of Mosman, attended by over 80 members and guests.
One of the Clubs "highlights" for the year was the "Soiree" which was held at the Mosman Grand Hall to benefit the East Timor Water Project with 115 in attendance. The fundraiser made a profit of $3500.
On the weekend 11th -14th April 2002, 19 Club members and their partners     attended the District 9680 Annual Conference in Dubbo. The Conference was  a tremendous success with 1304 rotarians in attendance.
On 21st May, 2002 a group from the Club formed a table at the Hills Rotary Club  charter night at the Castle Hill RSL Club where the special guest of     honour was RI President Elect Bhichai Rattakul.
In May, 2002 the Club farewelled PHF John & Deborah Seddon who retired to   Morisset NSW. At his last meeting the Club presented John with a print of    Balmoral Beach and the Island where he conducted many Easter services.
At the last District presidents meeting I was honoured to receive on behalf of the Club an International Service Certificate of Achievement for outstanding International Service Projects in Myanmar, Vietnam, and East Timor villages. Again I congratulate International Service Director Rob Sturrock and his hardworking committee for this District recognition and award.
Before closing this report, I must thank PP Ian Fitzpatrick for his assistance  during the year in recording the guest speakers for the weekly Club bulletin. Your assistance was greatly appreciated.
