Jigsaw Puzzle of Mosman 1890’s to 2020’s


The ROTARY CLUB of MOSMAN has designed and produced the MOSMAN JIGSAW PUZZLE. 

Manufactured by HOLDSON , a company experienced in Jigsaws for 80 years, this 1,000 piece, double sided puzzle, (690mm x 495mm in finished size), has contemporary images of Mosman in the 2020’s with the reverse side puzzle showing images from the 1890’s.   Two Jigsaws for the price of one !

The Jigsaw is available for sale at a price of $50, from Mosman Newsagency at 876 Military Road, opposite Mosman High, and open 7 days / week from 8am to 5pm . An order for the puzzle can also be placed online at https://www.trybooking.com/events/landing?eid=712717 and then collected from the Newsagency or posted. 

The puzzle allows one to explore the delights of present day Mosman and Mosman wildlife, including the ubiquitous brush turkey and discover the secrets of yesteryear Mosman. Spot the street where you live now and compare with the same street 130 years ago. Discover the secrets of Mosman’s historical places of interest including Spit Junction, Buena Vista hotel, Boronia House, Mosman Bay, the baths at Clifton Gardens, trams at Balmoral, Curraghbeena Point and some original real estate subdivisions,

The funds raised by this project will go towards Mosman Club’s 2021 community goals. Mosman Rotary Club members have, over 45 years, contributed their time and passion to support sustainable long-term projects in our area including the women’s refuge, youth and community development, disaster relief, literacy programs, disease treatment and prevention, water and sanitation projects.
